Poobalan Pillay also known as Collin, is the Director of Xplicit Events, who is a visionary leader with exceptional skills, knowledge, experience and most of all the right attitude. He holds an MBA, which is accredited by the University of Wales.

Collin has more that 29 years experience in various functions, amongst others, general management & operations.

His passion for Arts and Culture has allowed him to build many relationships across religious faiths. Youth Development is his passion.
